Support Analyst - Clinical Systems Support
OneChart Support Applications- Clinical Systems Support
The Support Analyst, Clinical is responsible for the efficient design, coding, testing, and maintenance of the less complex aspects of clinical systems/programs to satisfy clinical user and systems requirements, escalating to senior position as required (Business Systems Analyst). The successful candidate will support the OneChart Patient Registration team.
Rate of Pay: $31.48 per hour - $39.35 per hour
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week
Qualifications
- Successful completion of a two-year or three-year College Diploma with a clinical focus designation (Pharmacy, Nursing, Radiology, Laboratory) or focus relevant to their supported application or equivalent experience as acceptable by hospital
- Current registration/licensing with the relevant regulatory body (if applicable)
- Minimum three (3) years of recent, relevant experience
- Recent, relevant experience with Cerner Millennium Patient Scheduling solution preferred
- Experience with established applicable clinical processes, nomenclature and hospital environment
- Demonstrated ability to assimilate a large quantity of diverse information and apply analytical skills to identify, understand and problem solve in a technology-based environment
- Knowledge of and ability to use, troubleshoot and test a variety of software applications (Microsoft Office Suite, electronic health applications) as relevant to the role
- Excellent commitment to customer service
- Proficient communication skills
- Experience with Cerner Millennium or other clinical applications as applicable to the role an asset
- Demonstrated practice and commitment to the principles of patient and family centered care
- Demonstrated practice and commitment to patient and staff safety at LHSC
- Demonstrated practice and commitment to LHSC’s Mission, Vision and Values
- Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular basis
Immunization Requirements:
- Provide vaccination records or proof of immunity against measles, mumps, rubella and varicella (chicken pox), Hepatitis B, Tetanus/ Diphtheria/Polio; Meningitis.
- Provide documentation of the Tuberculosis skin testing (two step) and Covid vaccine (two doses)
