What You’ll Do

As a Senior Consultant Enterprise Applications Practice, you’ll be a key member of building and growing our Consulting Practice, while working with clients to solve their most challenging problems with frequent access to client senior leadership.

 

You’ll be a key team member within the Enterprise Application team, focused on strategy development, benchmarking projects, and completing a variety of business and technical assessments, to address top-level, strategic concerns and use diverse thinking to provide clients with lasting solutions that deliver measurable success and value. You’ll also work towards growing our practice by developing and extending our intellectual capital and assisting with business development.

 

You will have an opportunity to work closely within small teams on multiple concurrent projects.  Our organization has nearly 40% of our staff at Director level or higher.  This is a unique, fast-paced learning environment where you will have access to many industry experts who have over 20 years of professional experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with clients to develop new Business Strategies, Operating Models, and Capability enablement
  • Conducting Current State & Future State Assessments
  • Completing Application Assessments
  • Identifying Business Process & Technical Requirements
  • Developing ERP/Enterprise Software Strategies and Roadmaps
  • Defining ERP selection / procurement strategies and approaches for both Software Solutions and System Integrators
  • Leading RFP / RFI project workstream activities to include: developing RFPs/RFIs documents, conducting vendor demos, performing vendor evaluations and making vendor recommendation / selections

 

Core Activities

  • Contribute across engagement team in defining and executing the client’s ERP Strategy, Roadmap and ERP Software Solution and System Integrator Selection and Sourcing projects
  • Facilitate client strategy, assessment, requirements and solutioning interviews and workshops and use this information to build the core documentation / deliverables of the project
  • Drive comprehensive design decisions, considering the functional requirements and technical implications of the client
  • Conduct primary and secondary research through the use of interviews, creation of surveys, and other data collection processes in order to understand clients’ needs and update domain knowledge
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data collected through the use of analysis methodologies and analytics tools where applicable to synthesize recommendations for solutions
  • Bring ERP Industry, Domain, Process and Functional Subject Matter Expertise and best practices to our clients, solutions, deliverables and the work we perform
  • Support Project Management in developing and maintaining the project approach, plan, schedule, and status updates
  • Assist in growing the Info-Tech Consulting practice by developing new consulting business, building & developing compelling offers, respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and developing junior team members

What We Look for

  • 2 to 4 years relevant experience within a management consultant capacity, specifically in owning client engagement / project delivery workstreams.
  • 1 to 3 years of enterprise applications (e.g. ERP / HCM / CRM) experience specific to strategy, selection, procurement and implementation
  • Hands-on functional enterprise applications experience across multiple Business Mega-Processes and knowledge across multiple software providers
  • Demonstrated leadership and collaborative abilities within a team environment, with an ability to manage tight timelines and multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Career driven self-starters who thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-growing organization
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
  • Willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally (~ 30%) for client engagement work is required. Canadian candidates must be eligible for a TN1 Visa
  • Public sector industry experience is a plus
