Reporting directly to our VP, Product you will manage cross-functional product development teams, continually delivering value to our customers and stakeholders on significant areas of our platform. We are looking for individuals with a strong affinity for creating amazing digital products and delivering outstanding experiences to our customers.  
  
Responsibilities:  
  • Develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to define requirements for new products and feature enhancements to develop a best-in-class product experience within a product portfolio.  
  • Define requirements for new products and ongoing feature enhancements, including prioritization and refinement of the backlog and roadmap within a product portfolio.  
  • Write and prioritize user stories and define acceptance criteria.  
  • Participate in frequent user testing and research sessions to validate the effectiveness of the product strategy with real customers.  
  • Identify and recommend improvements to processes that enhance our product development focusing on efficiency, speed, and quality.   
  • Train and onboard new team members on our product offerings, product operations processes, and procedures.  
  • Provide guidance and support to fellow members of the product team, leveraging your knowledge and expertise for shared success.  
  • Lead the execution of special projects as a senior member of the team, utilizing expertise and experience to ensure the successful completion and achievement of project goals.  
  • Sustain and expand a profound comprehension of our customers, encompassing their challenges, difficulties, aspirations, preferences, and thought processes.  
  • Sustain and expand a profound comprehension of our data, analytics, and how customers utilize our product. Continuously enhance our data collection and dissemination methods to galvanize product usage metrics.  
  • Sustain and expand a profound comprehension of the market and industry surrounding our business, our key competitors, the newest technology trends, customer behaviors, and their expectations.  
 
Requirements:  
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, UX or Visual Design, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.  
  • At least 3 years of Product Management experience.  
  • Demonstrated experience over multiple years in creating and delivering products that are well-received by customers. You have either managed an entire product or platform, or significant components of it, and are confident in leading intricate, cross-functional projects.  
  • Demonstrated ability to write a good brief, build a business case, and persuasively communicate benefits, trade offs, assumptions, and dependencies set against the overall business context.  
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative skills; able to make data-driven decisions and provide recommendations to drive action.  
  • Strong analytical abilities including proficiency with multiple analytics and user data tool sets including tools like Salesforce, Tableau, Google Analytics, and SQL.  
  • Proficient with user-testing, UX metrics, frameworks, design sprints participation and user interviews.  
  • Proficient with Agile project management techniques, as well as tools like Asana, Jira and Confluence.  
  • Proficient with user insights tools (such as HotJar and Heap).  
  • Well versed with design tools like Figma, as well as design processes, design systems, and design best practices  
  • A proven leader, motivator, and effective decision maker with a detailed understanding of digital product management.  
  • Ability to establish and maintain a high level of credibility with different stakeholders, including senior leadership.  
  • Experience successfully delivering a software product or a series of features within a digital marketplace, SaaS solution, or similar digital environment (B2B or B2B2C).  
  • Bonus: Masters in Business Administration (MBA)
