What We’re Looking For
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and nimble Delivery Operations Specialist with a proven record of managing a workflow in which every team member can do their best work to meet the common goal of project completion on brief, on-time, and on budget.
This role will work with other Delivery Operations team members to oversee all aspects of delivery operations and planning. The primary responsibility of this position is to communicate with internal stakeholders, to identify risk, and to continually monitor and adjust workflow to meet task, project, and staffing requirements. The ideal candidate will be one who can bring an empathetic perspective into a day of negotiating tasks, people, and time.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify risk, and to continually monitor and adjust workflow
- Facilitate daily stand up meetings and monitor request channels, ensuring all team members are set up for success.
- Adjust time on tasks as requested and recalculate weekly sprint hours, accommodating urgent and emergency tasks as required.
- Act as the ring-leader of internal communication, leading transparency, and access to information across the organization involving project workflows in order to meet task, project and staffing requirements.
- Establish and maintain an understanding of requested/prioritized project tasks and appropriately considers sequencing, timing, dependencies, etc.
- Own and develop delivery operations processes to pursue continuous team improvement
- Manage overall resource utilization and produce forecasting reports for accurate and cost-efficient scheduling.
Knowledge, Education, & Experience Required
- Successful completion of a University degree or College diploma in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years of demonstrated experience organizing and scheduling workflow
- Demonstrated experience utilizing project management systems/programs
- Skills required in; Planning/organizing, Negotiating, Problem-solving, Analytics, Teamwork
- Proficient with G-Suite tools.
- Advanced Excel reporting capabilities for building, tracking, and analyzing data.
- Experience working with multiple teams and stakeholders across organizations.
- Proven ability to apply creativity, innovation, and resourcefulness to daily work
Bonus Skills!
- Experience in an agency setting is considered an asset
- PMP/CAPM is considered an asset
- Knowledge of web development, specifically Magento/Shopify eCommerce an asset
