Our HR Researcher and Writer is energized by the challenge of digging into highly complex information and then turning it into engaging and informative content.
As our HR Researcher and Writer, you will:
- Thoroughly research a wide variety of topics relating to complex and sensitive human resources-related subject matter.
- Develop professional content (online training scripts, manuals, articles, policies, and so on) that is engaging and informative, and contribute to the creation of legislatively compliant content.
- Self-manage multiple project timelines and deliverables.
- Maintain awareness of trends and current best practices in human resources to effectively manage deliverables.
- Liaise with colleagues, management, and external parties to understand specific requirements and provide specified deliverables.
- Adapt to company standards pertaining to content style, tone, and voice.
ABOUT YOU
You are a professional who:
- Is passionate about everything human resources, from news and trends to best practices!
- Has a degree or diploma in human resources or a related field.
- Has 1-2 years of experience in human resources.
- Has your CHRP designation.
- Is a creative, out-of-the-box thinker.
- Has exceptional research and writing skills.
- Has strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Have your CHRL.
- Are fluent in French!
