The Roadmap

The Senior Product Manager is focused on product development, innovation, and the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) into our product strategy. You will lead a cross-functional team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to research, identify, and deliver products that leverage AI to enhance customer value and align with the company’s vision. You are a highly motivated, innovative thinker with a passion for building intelligent, data-driven products that customers love. You excel at translating AI opportunities into practical applications, making informed, data-driven decisions, and communicating complex concepts clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.

This is a senior-level role that requires vision, leadership, and the ability to define the difficult challenges AI can help solve for our customers.

 

Duties

  • Research and identify features and products, with a focus on AI-driven capabilities, that will meet the needs of our customer base.
  • Define the scope of development for new AI-powered products and ongoing enhancements that use data and predictive models to deliver customer value.
  • Partner with the Data and Engineering teams to identify opportunities for applying AI/ML, and define requirements and acceptance criteria for AI-enabled features.
  • Collect and review customer/user feedback to shape product development, including testing AI-driven experiences with Product Designers.
  • Develop success metrics that measure AI feature performance, adoption, and accuracy; use insights to refine and improve outcomes.
  • Maintain a data-driven product roadmap that emphasizes how AI can transform the customer journey and deliver business value.
  • Collaborate with Growth and Marketing to position, communicate, sell and retain AI-based products and/or product enhancements effectively to customers.
  • Continuously evaluate AI market trends, competitor solutions, and emerging technologies to shape product strategy and maintain a leadership position.
  • Advocate for ethical, transparent, and responsible use of AI across product development.
  • Work closely with the Manager, Product to evolve the overall Product vision and strategy, with emphasis on AI initiatives.
  • Perform other duties, projects, or initiatives as assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management work experience, preferably with exposure to AI/ML-driven products.
  • Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of building viable digital products, including those incorporating AI or data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and designers on AI product development.
  • Strong understanding of the opportunities and limitations of modern AI, including natural language processing, predictive analytics, and personalization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate technical AI concepts into business outcomes.
  • Innovative, customer-focused, and entrepreneurial mindset, with experience applying emerging technology to real-world problems.
  • Familiarity with ethical AI principles, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices is an asset.
  • Experience in Agile and Lean product management methodologies with a focus on iterative delivery of AI features.


Performance Package 

Salary: $90,000-$130,000/year

The salary range listed is for a Canadian employee. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to salary, eligible AutoVerify employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance.
