Position Overview:

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Human Resources, the Talent Acquisition Manager will lead a team in the day-to-day execution of talent attraction and recruitment strategies to identify and select talent across the organization.

As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will own and develop a scalable and effective recruitment strategy for the organization, proactively understanding the needs of Voyago for future planning and long-term business needs. Acting as a subject matter expert you will be responsible to build, implement, and evaluate recruitment strategies and processes across the organization using data, best practices, and creativity. As the Talent Manager, you will develop strong relationships with hiring managers, providing coaching and training on interview best practices and candidate selection to scale and grow teams and secure top talent.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Builds relationships with business leaders through education and execution of all steps of the recruitment process
  • Effectively achieves recruiting results by approaching the talent market with innovative job advertisements and sourcing strategies utilizing social media and other methods
  • Delivers the needs of the business in adherence with Key Performance Indicators set by the team each year
  • Manages, leads and contributes to the coaching and development of recruitment team members through sharing knowledge and industry best practices
  • Operates with a high level of expertise and independence in day-to-day tasks
  • Enhances the recruiting experience for both internal business partners and external candidates to ensure a great new hire experience
  • Successfully leads project work related to recruiting strategies that has been delegated or assigned
     
Requirements

Knowledge & Skill Requirements
  • Completion of a University or College education or equivalent
  • CHRP designation is an asset but not mandatory
  • 3+ years experience in a similar role
  • Computer literate in MS Office
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
  • Experience developing an in-house, full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven ability to design and implement recruiting strategies
  • Ability to travel 3-4 times a month to other Voyago locations with occasional overnight travel
