Data QA Tester

The Role: 

The Data Quality Assurance Tester is responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of vehicle data for external and internal products are current and up-to-date are all negotiated weekly and period deadlines. 

Responsibilities:

• Validate scheduled client data changes, document, and report changes from client data sources, ensure correct changes are reflected
• Document failed issues.
• Testing new model data in multiple QA and live environments by comparing output in client products against the vehicle ordering guides
• Test model pricing in client applications (base and option) against internal pricing applications.
• Internal production data testing
• Tests must be completed within deadlines as determined by the client
• Discrepancies in displayed content and client source information is identified and reported prior to public release 

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Well-developed communication skills
• Approachable, knowledgeable and professional in dealing with all levels internal and external contacts
• Able to work efficiently and hit aggressive deadline targets
• Ability to exercise good judgment
• Ability to work flexible/extended hours is vital during peak testing periods
