This role is remote-friendly, with a heavily weighted preference for candidates located in Southwestern Ontario.

 

How Will You Be Successful in This Role

Maximize Client Impact: Efficiently and effectively utilize client marketing investments to achieve their business goals.

Deep Industry Insight: Gain a profound understanding of our clients’ industries to provide informed business recommendations.

Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with the team to devise solutions when clients face challenges or growth opportunities arise.

Proactive Performance Management: Forecast and proactively report on client business goals, keeping a step ahead.

Stay Informed and Innovative: Regularly update your knowledge of marketing trends and platforms to drive innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Collaborate with directors, designers, writers, developers, and specialists to implement marketing plans.
  • Produce detailed reports, strategy reviews, and future recommendations for our clients.
  • Regularly review and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve strategy effectiveness. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and ROI.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to stay ahead of industry trends and gather insights that inform client strategies. This includes analyzing competitor strategies, identifying market opportunities, and understanding emerging consumer behaviors.
  • Actively participate in monthly meetings, guiding decisions to maximize client investment and outcomes.
  • Act as the primary strategic contact for key clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships. Ensure consistent communication and understanding of their evolving business needs and objectives.
  • Regularly report on KPIs to the VP Marketing, contributing to the division’s success.
  • Lead in coaching, training, and knowledge sharing, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Stay ahead of marketing trends, sharing insights to propel company-wide innovation.

Skills Required

  • 10+ years in marketing execution, with significant agency exposure.
  • Demonstrated success in various marketing domains, including digital, traditional media, and social platforms.
  • Post-Secondary education in marketing, digital marketing, business, or communications.
  • Deep experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, StackAdapt, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Exceptional skills in digital advertising planning and media buying.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic planning abilities.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex marketing challenges and drive successful outcomes.
  • Solid grasp of business metrics and client objectives.
  • Strong skills in building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present strategies and insights clearly and persuasively to clients and team members.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • High level of attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook Certifications are required
