Support Administrator, Workshops Team

 

Position Summary

If so, you could be Info-Tech’s next Workshop Support Administrator.

The Support Administrator works in conjunction with Workshop Product Managers and Workshop Delivery Specialists to ensure related administrative activities are carried out. Scope of responsibilities cover end-to-end lifecycle of the workshop product, including, but not limited to, conferring with Analysts from core Research to help identify the right delivery resources, all the way through to tasks required to close off a workshop engagement with a client. This role is critical to the success of the Workshops team.

What You Will Do:

  • Liaise with our team of Research Analysts and Workshop Specialists to find the right person to scope-out an IT Workshop.
  • Liaise with our members (clients) to schedule scoping and logistics calls for IT Workshops, prior to Workshop delivery.
  • Produce IT Workshop Statements Of Work (SOWs) based on available templates.
  • Follow-up on Workshop completion checklist. Making sure that Workshop closing activities are completed.
  • Manage Electronic Documents for Workshop collaterals, SOWs, Reports, and Deliverables.
  • Calculate variable compensation for Research Analysts, Sales, and Workshop Specialists: Sales incentives, as well as Delivery bonuses.
  • Compute and re-bill travel expenses to advisory service clients.
  • Build internal communication material: Workshop Department newsletter, Client success stories.

 

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience

  • College Diploma in Business, Accounting, or related discipline
  • 0 to 4 Years of Work Experience in an administrative support role
  • Practical experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office skills: particularly Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience using Salesforce is a plus
