We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Product Innovation and Planning Specialist for Industrial Applications. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving open innovation initiatives, strategic planning, and market development for our industrial water solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water treatment technologies, a passion for fostering external collaborations, and a proven track record in developing and launching successful products

Are you qualified? The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Proven experience in product management, innovation, or planning roles within the industrial water treatment sector.

  • Strong understanding of water treatment technologies, industrial processes, and market dynamics

  • Demonstrated strength in engaging directly with customers to identify needs and barriers

  • Experience in leading cross-functional collaboration to drive the development of innovative solutions

  • Ability to travel up to 25% to global destinations.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MS)

  • Experience with industrial water treatment process including filtration, UV and ozonation

  • Experience developing and communicating strategic product plans with a focus on long-term business growth.

  • Broad and deep understanding of Voice of Customer research methodologies and applications

  • Excellent project management skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive projects from concept to completion.
