Summary |
Note: This role will work remotely until regular operations are resumed. Note: This is a full-time Administrative position (37.5 hours per week). Duties: The Supervisor, Creative Services, is responsible for the leadership and art direction of the Creative Services team including graphic designers, photographers and videographers. The incumbent will provide effective creative leadership and mentorship with a concentrated focus on organizational efficiency and accuracy, including the oversight of the Reputation and Brand Management (RBM) project management software and the workflow process in order to provide project assignment, time tracking and workload balancing. The Supervisor, Creative Services, will work closely with RBM Management and College administrators to provide strategic creative direction that informs the development of marketing communications plans and activities for areas of strategic importance. The incumbent is responsible for the overall visual aspect of the College Brand identities and maintenance of Brand guidelines; evaluating brand creative in a complex organizational environment; acting as primary contact with external agencies and printers to provide quotations, creative directions and direct invoices; stewarding the workflow of creative services through estimating projects and setting expectations that optimize production; identifying bottlenecks in process, and inspiring and motivating the Creative Services team through skilled art direction. |
Qualifications |
- Post-secondary 3 year diploma/degree in a related discipline such as Art, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or Photography |
