Full Job Description

The Creative Designer is responsible for graphic conceptual development, pre-press preparation, packaging preparation, marketing, and website design/maintenance. This includes designs for Bosco and Roxy’s and Country Paws Boarding.

• Photography of cookies
• Designing files for cookie dies (3D printing for prototypes)
• Developing creative concepts for marketing initiatives
• Own projects from concept development to completion
• Collaborating on the launch of new products
• Collaborating with the Product Development team and Design team to create new and innovative packaging designs
• Keeping the customer experience in mind when designing and developing marketing content and Brand Assets
• Preparing high-quality, digital, and print-ready deliverables for handoff
• Work on designs for multi-page documents, product campaigns, print and digital ads, graphics for social media, and more
• Sell sheets for all corporate clients
• Creation and implementation of Co-Branded materials for corporate clients

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work collaboratively and also independently with some direction and willing to build communication and presentation skills
• Must be able to perform under deadlines through time management and prioritizing
• Expert in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop as well as web design and print
• Basic understanding of Shopify and eCommerce platforms (if you are an expert - even better!)
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
• Any experience in copywriting is an added bonus
