This is a role that will work remotely in Canada and travel up to 10% throughout Canada and the USA. Our interview process will require a final in-person interview onsite in our Vancouver location. What You’ll Do?
Manage a diverse portfolio of 30–40 projects, from quick service engagements to complex, year-long implementations for Aquarius and Hach WIMS platforms.
Own the full lifecycle: Kickoffs, planning, execution, risk management, and customer sign-off.
Be the customer’s trusted partner: Lead meetings, resolve escalations, and ensure smooth communication.
Drive financial rigor: Forecast revenue based on milestone delivery, report risks and opportunities, and support twice-weekly forecasting reviews.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with implementation specialists, developers, and support teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Champion process improvement: Participate in Kaizens and help refine standard work and templates.
Bridge technical gaps: Understand software architecture, APIs, integrations, and data workflows to effectively manage technical conversations and occasionally cover business analysis sessions.

What We’re Looking For:
· Must-Have Skills
o Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in software project management.
o 5+ years managing customer-facing software implementation projects.
o Familiarity with Aquarius and/or Hach WIMS platforms.
o Experience in environmental water, municipal, industrial, or wastewater systems.
o Strong understanding of technical concepts (software architecture, APIs, integrations, data workflows).
· Preferred Qualifications
o Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
o Comfort presenting to internal and external stakeholders, including executives.
o Knowledge of SQL, scripting, or cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
o Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
o Advanced Excel skills (including VBA for data manipulation).
o Ability to configure and troubleshoot network environments.
The base salary range for this role is $75k - $105k CAD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
