Description:

Working with the executive and senior leadership team, the Communication Coordinator will be responsible for the ongoing facilitation of major company initiatives, including, but not limited to, companywide messages, recognition programs, training calls, etc.  to ensure all relevant employee groups are informed and aligned to business vision and priorities.
 

Successful Communications Coordinator will be responsible for:  

  • Ensuring ongoing facilitation of automotiveMastermind’s companywide communication, including, but not limited to companywide Town Halls, Senior Leadership calls, holiday messages, and internal postings

  • Managing relationship between external public relations agency to ensure timeliness of culture posts for all social media outlets

  • Creation of content to support executive team messaging and key business updates

  • Maintenance of internal intranet portal and vendor relationship

  • Creation of iMovie videos to support executive team members

  • Close communication with the executive team to ensure all major company initiatives (e.g., annual recognition, companywide training offerings etc.) are marketed and run smoothly


Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in related professional working environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including but not limited to, executive and senior leadership

  • Highly motivated, disciplined and self-starter; feels comfortable taking initiative with little direction, in addition to adjusting to shifting priorities

  • Detail-oriented, problem solver
     

Expected Hours of Work:

This is a part-time contract position – expected 6 months. Generally, work is performed Monday through Friday during normal business hours, though holidays and weekends may be required.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base pay.

  • Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only): S&P Global states that the anticipated base pay range for this position is $23.83/hr - $41.97/hr USD.  Final base pay for this role will be based on the individual’s geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role.
