Customer Marketing Manager

 

Voices is the online marketplace where businesses search for and hire creative professionals including voice talent, audio producers, musicians and translators. 

In your role as the Customer Marketing Manager you’ll be the point person for all customer engagement and retention programs. From the moment after the first sale and the relationship is formed, your responsibilities begin.  By collaborating with other roles in the marketing team such as Demand Generation and Product Marketing, as well as your colleagues in Sales, this cross-functional role is central to expanding our business with our existing customers.   You will report to the Director of Marketing and will be an integral part of the unbelievably awesome marketing team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Own customer engagement and retention key initiatives, including onboarding programs, Engagement Studio automations, and monthly campaigns
  • Identify gaps in the customer journey and propose recommendations based on customer feedback
  • Collaborate in a cross-functional working group on how to increase lifetime value for strategic and core accounts
  • Develop campaigns to increase customer retention rates
  • Continuously test messaging to increase open rates, response rates, and retention rates
  • Deliver timely and accurate reporting on retention rates, retention by customer segment and year-over-year trends
  • Draft and participate in monthly reporting sessions with the Marketing team
  • Create and update customer records in Salesforce, a web-based customer relationship management (CRM) system, to ensure accurate customer information for proper management within the Voices system
 

Skills Required

  • Salesforce Experience 
  • Collaboration with other teams
  • Continual learner
  • Acutely organized
  • 5+ years of on-the-job training at a similar customer marketing position
  • Strong writing skills
 

Educational Credentials 

  • Post secondary education and 2-3 years experience in a Marketing capacity either as a Marketing Manager, Customer Marketing Manager, Demand Generation Manager or Campaign Manager
