Technical HR Support Specialist

Role Overview

The Technical HR Support Specialist is responsible for assisting clients via email and phone with technical set up of their accounts in McLean & Company’s proprietary Connect dashboard. This includes facilitating connection between the clients’ HRIS and McLean Connect, setting up appropriate access levels, as well as providing training on use of the platform. You work very closely with our Project Management and IT teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
As a Technical HR Support Specialist, you will:

• Develop strong rapport with new and existing members to offer personalized technical and product support.
• Facilitate account and user setup on McLean Connect, including HRIS automation and access management for our results dashboard and action planning dashboard.
• Troubleshoot and assist in solving technical problems, improving processes, and building training materials and support collateral.
• Ensure ease of adoption and ongoing use of the survey platform with superior customer service.
• Provide live and recorded training for members on the use of the platform.
• Gain thorough understanding of McLean’s diagnostic product suite.

Key Selection Criteria

• Experience with HRIS software ideally Workday.
• 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or administration support role.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel.
• Fast learner with tech savvy and exceptional customer service skills.

Desirable

• Experience with quality assurance practices
• Experience with or exposure to HR
• Experience with Jira and/or Salesforce
• Experience with agile project management practices
