Account Manager

 

Location: Remote Canada/US

Reports to : Sr Manager, Strategic Accounts

The Role: 

As an Account Manager you will oversee delivery related activity for assigned accounts and partners.  This includes day to day program management of dealer & partner related deliverables and ensuring all related objectives are properly and timely delivered.  This role partners and collaborates with all internal departments and external partners and dealers.  The position will report to the Manager of Strategic Accounts.

Responsibilities:

  •  Partner & dealer communication on a regular basis to implement product delivery and strengthen relationships.
    • Work with partners and internal departments to facilitate the onboarding process for all dealers
    • Communicate with dealers as necessary to collect assets for their campaigns
    • Report campaign metrics and provide best practice solutions for dealer campaigns
    • Work with partners, dealers and other third parties for creative and compliance approvals as necessary
    • Maintain best in class customer service
  • Prioritize, multi-task & follow up to assure requests are completed in a timely & accurate manner
  • Use problem solving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot issues for quick resolution 
  • Ensure all contractual obligations are met in a timely manner
  • Drive cross functional tasks with all departments to ensure proper integration for dealer
    • Work with partner to update and maintain video script library
    • Request video creatives from the production department
    • Send all content through the quality department and update per their review
    • Support the sales team as needed
    • Maintain and update information per dealer according to contractual obligations
  • Work with the agency and OEM on a weekly/monthly basis on current opportunities
    • Communicate campaign and integration status & performances
  • Other duties as required by the position

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Advertising, Marketing, Business, Communications, etc.).
  • Media or agency related experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency in completing tasks
  • Strong communications and listening skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a high volume and fast paced environment
  • Exceptional ability to multi-task and follow through
  • Strong Data Entry Skills
  • Advanced PC skills including entire Microsoft suite
