This 1 Year Contract with Beneifts is eligible for flexible work arrangements including a combination of remote and in-office work, with office locations in London and Essex.

What Opportunity Awaits?
Libro is on the quest for a passionately accountable Level 1 Information Technology Analyst to perform a variety of professional, technical and analytical duties in the operation of enterprise, client/server and desktop computer systems and networks.   Duties include work in the areas of user and system requirements and analysis, applications maintenance, computer systems support, network maintenance and data administration.
What you will do - The Epic Human we are looking for will; 
  • Assist in planning and ensuring that new technical requirements are properly integrated and function with existing processes, hardware and software.
  • Maintain flexible hours, participating as a junior pager carrier for 24/7 on-call services as scheduled, escalate when necessary and respond to emergency situations as required.
  • Responsible for administration, deployment and support of both desktop hardware and software across administration offices and branches as defined by management and steering committees.
  • Assist with maintaining back-ups and back-up procedures for all critical systems and data.
  • Implement data, software & hardware security procedures (ensure secure connections and safeguard against viruses; support strategies to assure fault tolerance and system security).
  • Provide friendly, technical telephone and on-site support to administration and branches for software and hardware support.
  • Monitor HelpDesk for Information Technology group requests and act as the first point of contact for work orders, assigning and escalating them as necessary.
What we are looking for? Could this be you?
  • A minimum of a post-secondary degree/diploma,
  • 1-5 years of related experience, preferably in System Administration or Networking.
  • Advanced knowledge of PC software and hardware is required to provide on-going support to our administration offices and network of branches.   
  • Production networking experience with TCP/IP, LAN and WAN operations.
