Information Management Coordinator - Contract

Position Summary

We are seeking an Information Management coordinator to work in Trojan Technologies Research and Development department. This individual will help to define needs and select a document management system to consolidate technical reports from multiple sources to create a robust information system that is secure and easily searchable. As time permits, they will create updated technical reporting templates. The ideal candidate will be studying information management combined with a STEM background.



  • Help define document management needs
  • Lead investigation to select a document management system
  • Consolidate technical reports multiple sources into a robust, searchable information system with appropriate metadata
  • Document missing technical reports
  • Update technical report templates
  • Organizes SharePoint site
  • Scan and upload technical documentation
  • Clearly communicate and coordinate with all stakeholders

Bachelor’s degree in STEM field.

Preferably, having studied Information Management or Library Science.
