Description

The role of the Senior Marketing Manager, Customer Lifecycle is to lead our lifecycle marketing, specifically focusing on the existing customer lifecycle. You will manage all customer lifecycle programs from onboarding to renewal and growth. You will be accountable for implementing the Engage marketing activities for Info-Tech Research Group, in accordance with the marketing strategy and you will be responsible for contributing to projects that drive customer satisfaction, retention and revenue growth.

This person will manage a six-member team and work cross-functionally to develop strategic lifecycle marketing programs and provide oversight for marketing execution.

Location: Toronto, ON - We are open to applicants working remotely in Canada.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Develop and execute marketing lifecycle programs to drive retention and customer growth such as new customer onboarding program, client at risk program, referral program. 
  • Monitor the performance of our customer base health metrics on a regular basis and share plans to address any opportunities with the leadership team for alignment. 
  • Leverage Gainsight platform to develop unique insights to inform our marketing and customer engagement strategies, our value proposition, shape research agenda and future product decisions. 
  • Drive deep analysis to really understand our customer base and the various dynamics at play to inform focus areas and tactics to drive increase of renewal and incremental revenue. 
  • Lead our Customer Success Executive team focusing on delivering exceptional onboarding to new members and increasing overall customer health score. W
  • Work with many cross-functional teams across ITRG and McLean including sales, design, marketing operations to build out and refine various programs. 
  • Be accountable for targets in customer health score, growth opportunities, revenue/wins impacted, customer satisfaction and customer relevance metrics. 
  • Manage a team to deliver on plan, champion high employee engagement and mentor career development plans.

COMPETENCIES/KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:

  • BA/BS degree in marketing or a related field
  • 6-8 years proven experience working in a performance marketing environment
  • Excellent marketing project management skills to plan, execute and report on multiple marketing projects simultaneously
  • Experience with Marketing & Sales technology, including: Salesforce, Gainsight, Pardot, or similar marketing automation tools
  • Customer centric, with a strong ability to understand customer insights and from them drive campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Strong stakeholder management and understanding of the needs of stakeholders at various levels and functions in the organization 
  • Experience in content marketing, audience segmentation and campaign analytics. Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including copy writing and proofreading. 
  • In-depth experience building and mentoring high-performing teams, you are a people manager at heart, love to mentor, lead and grow everyone around you. You have experience managing performance and having your team deliver results consistently.
