Englobe is offering an opportunity to a Senior Project Manager to be a major contributor to the development and implementation of the procedures to operate under the CSA N299 standard within the organisation. He must contribute to the success of the department through his contribution to projects management and business development throughout the region of south Ontario


Your Contribution
 

As a Senior Project Manager, you will work in collaboration with the relevant operations directors and business development director to achieve the success of the department in its growth in the market of Ontario.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Develop or ensure that the team develops a quality contact with the client
  • Identify the trends of his activity area and suggest ways of developing the services offered
  • Participate in the business development of the company’s departments
  • Collaborate as needed with the global development team
  • Participate in major proposal processes and write operational proposals
  • Contribute to the talent identification through participation and the support of requests in the recruitment process
  • Provide the relevant technical supervision, carry out or delegate the technical operation and provide the tools
  • Evaluate the skills development needs of the team's staff and recommend to the department Director the appropriate technical training programs.
  • Participates in the identification of hazards, the evaluation and the determination of the elements of risk management
  • Coach technicians, Professional Engineers
  • Participate as needed in the start-up, review & report of projects of other teams
  • Be a Project Manager, master projects financials and follow-up on KPIs

Your Profile
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in nuclear engineering or an equivalent degree
  • Minimum of 15 years of experiences as an engineer in the nuclear field
  • Relevant experience and knowledge of mechanical, metallurgy and nuclear processes.
  • Professional Engineer in Ontario licence (PEO)
  • Advanced knowledge of the CSA N299 certification standard
  • Experience in implementation of CSA N299 certification standard
  • Advanced master of ISO 9001 standards.
  • Bilingual, French and English (Valuable assets)
  • Available for travel across the province of Ontario and occasionally Canada.
  • Having a valid driver licence
