What We’re Looking For:

We are currently seeking a highly organized Marketing Project Coordinator with a proven track record of executing, monitoring, and optimizing a variety of digital projects.

The Marketing Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting Project Managers by ensuring the project process is being followed, controlling quality assurance, gathering information from clients, recording all project risks, assumptions, issues, decisions, and assisting with the execution of action items for both client and Northern..

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring there is proper communication amongst all stakeholders, and that commitments and deliverables are being met on time
  • Ensure that all deliverables meet or exceed client requirements and expectations, through formal client-focused quality assurance checks
  • Collaborate by fostering a trusting and supportive environment with fellow team members
  • Author project documents and execute tasks with the assistance of other team members
  • Monitor adherence to project schedule and client KPIs
  • Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
  • Develop a positive, and partnering relationship with all clients while influencing the client to make clear, quick and concise project decisions
  • Providing clear communication between the client and the internal team, hosting and coordinating meetings as needed
  • Help to create time and value estimates for additional work with existing projects
  • Support overall project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule and scope

Knowledge, Education & Experience Required

  • Undergraduate University Degree or College Diploma in a related field (eg Business, Marketing, etc.) or previous equivalent experience
  • 1+ years experience in a similar role
  • Understanding of various Digital Marketing tactics (eg. SEO, PPC, Social, Email, etc.)
  • Knowledge of business concepts (eg Sales funnels, ROI, Seasonality, etc.)
  • Detailed knowledge of Word, Excel, and various Google applications

Bonus Skills!

  • Agency experience in the Marketing industry as asset
  • Knowledge of eCommerce platforms with specific knowledge of Magento and Shopify considered an asset
