Description

The Bilingual (French and English) Customer Success Associate role is focused on driving software usage and adoption for our customers. You will develop close customer relationships while having ownership of a portfolio of accounts. You will be responsible for Customer Support, Onboarding, and Training. This is an entry-level role with progression opportunity to Customer Success Manager.

 

Responsibilities

  • Onboard our dealer suite customers, and update the CRM with progress.
  • Complete mock-ups of widget placement, communicate with customer and web-providers.
  • Train customers and staff, and provide support to customers over multi-products/lines.
  • Identify high risk customers and reach out to avoid churn.
  • Build relationships post sale.
  • Manage customer opportunities and provide account support (system updates, adding users, changing notification preferences, tech support).
  • CSV uploads for weekly or monthly reviews.
  • Update customers on new features, enhancements, and products.
  • Work with sales team and provide updates on on-boarding process.

Job Requirements

  • A passion for creating a memorable customer experience
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A high level of initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Fluency in French is required
