As a Software Developer Co-Op you'll work with a team of software engineers to put real code into production to create high quality software solutions to satisfy our customers’ needs. You will get the experience of utilizing the latest in AWS cloud technologies to deliver scalable, state-of-the-art solutions to be proud of. Experience working alongside Software Engineers, QA Specialists and Machine Learning Engineers to get a real taste of what the industry has to offer.

Everyone participates in the full software development lifecycle—from gathering customers’ requirements to coding, testing, and promotion to production. 

We're looking for developers passionate about:

• A high-level language such as Java, .NET, Groovy, Ruby or Python; we use Java, Groovy and Python extensively
• Cloud Infrastructure such as AWS, Azure and Google Cloud. We primarily use AWS.
• Experience utilizing NoSQL document stores such as MongoDB and DocumentDB
• Working in a collaborative environment where everyone on the team contributes to solutions
• Test Driven Development, Red Green Refactor!

Requirements:

• Experience working in a collaborative team environment
• Experience solving problems with code
• Must be willing to travel to London, ON office twice per week
