Job Description
Fairstone’s Digital Marketing team is seeking a Sr. Analyst of SEO & Web Performance to drive organic growth, optimize website performance, and enhance user experience across key websites, including Fairstone.ca, FairstoneBank.ca, Walmartrewards.ca, EdenParkCanada.com and HomeTrust web properties. This role is critical to improving search rankings, increasing organic traffic, and maximizing conversions, directly contributing to Fairstone’s revenue goals.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in SEO, web performance, and digital marketing, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
SEO Strategy & Execution:

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, traffic, and conversions

Adapt and evolve SEO strategies to align with AI-driven search technologies and stay ahead of algorithm updates

Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimization for Fairstone.ca, Walmartrewards.ca, and other key websites

Optimize on-page elements, such as meta tags, internal links, and schema markup

Build off-page SEO strategy to improve domain authority

Ensure website follows technical SEO best practices by managing crawlability, optimizing sitemaps, and improving Core Web Vitals to enhance search engine visibility and site performance

Conduct regular site audits to identify and resolve technical issues (e.g., broken links, 404 errors, duplicate content, and accessibility)

Monitor and improve site health metrics, including page speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall performance

Monitor and report on front-end and back-end organic search performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Conductor, and QuickSight
Local SEO:

Optimize Google Business Profile and Apple Business listings

Collaborate with operations to ensure accuracy of branch addresses, hours, and local branch listings

Enhance local search visibility through city, branch, and specialty page optimizations
Website Management & Optimization:

Support the management of customer-facing websites, including content updates and maintenance

Collaborate with development teams to implement new features, pages, and updates
-
Optimize landing pages for SEO, UX, and conversions

Conduct A/B testing and usability testing to improve user experience and conversion rates

We are looking for someone with:

3+ years of experience in SEO, web performance, or digital marketing

Proven expertise in web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) and SEO tools (e.g., Conductor, SEMrush)

Strong understanding of technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, and website optimization

Experience with content management systems (e.g., AEM, WordPress) and HTML/CSS
-
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Financial services industry experience is an asset
