The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to deliver thoughtful recruitment support across multiple lines of business and corporate functions. This role focuses on high-volume hiring, including sourcing, assessing, and selecting talent who not only meet role requirements but also contribute positively to our workplace culture.
What you will do:
- Partner with HR Business Partners, HR Advisors, and hiring managers to source, assess and select talent for requisitions in the organization, specializing in high-volume roles; in alignment with the company’s business needs and inclusion practices.
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, and continuously refine recruitment approaches.
- Tap into both existing and new talent pipelines to attract candidates, all in alignment with established recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through social platforms, recruitment portals, inclusive partnerships and other tools.
- Collaborate with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, educating them on the recruitment process, interview techniques and selection criteria, and managing the flow and quality and candidates.
- Conduct fair, bias-aware assessment and interviews; communicate clearly and transparently with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support recruitment initiatives through attending career fairs, networking events, and other talent-attraction activities.
What you will bring:
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in talent acquisition.
- A degree or certificate in Human Resources or a related field – Or equivalent skills and experience.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing and talent search tools is an asset.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills to effectively deal with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities comfortably.
- Comfort working with data, interpreting insights, and presenting information in a clear way.
- A commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, respect, and inclusive decision making.
- Accountability, initiative, and a proactive approach to meeting timelines and delivering results.
- Strong accountability and responsibility to meet aggressive deadlines.
- As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism (fluent in French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only as the position will regularly serve our clients with French and English-speaking needs

This role can be based out of any of our HR head office locations, including London, Winnipeg, Toronto, or Montreal. Our HR teams work in a hybrid model, with in-office collaboration on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

The base salary for this position is between $60,000 - $89,900 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
