We are looking for a Convert Strategist to join our growing team!

Role & Responsibilities: 

  1. Design and create websites that drive leads using simplicity, user-friendliness, the latest web standards and accessibility best practices
  2. Write copy that builds credibility and generates leads
  3. Search engine optimization (SEO) sites with a keyword strategy, content strategy and organic search rankings
  4. Generate colour schemes that incorporate client logo colour schemes
  5. Quality assurance test and peer review sites 
  6. Perform website updates and maintenance requests
  7. Monitor and audit sites to generate recommendations for user experience, content strategy, and user interface improvements
  8. Assist in quick resolution of client-facing challenges or issues
  9. Audit and improve processes to improve turnaround times 

Skills & Experience:

  1. 2+ years in web design; great design sensibility
  2. Strong knowledge of on-page SEO and ranking strategy 
  3. Strong writing skills. You communicate concisely and compellingly
  4. Experience with design tools, including Photoshop and Illustrator, among others
  5. Track record of managing client requests and steering them toward better outcomes 
  6. Experience with HTML and CSS. JavaScript knowledge is a huge asset.
