As a Vendor Performance Lead in the Default Solutions division, you will be reporting to the Manager, Collections and Recoveries as part of the Managed Services Team. You will be working in partnership with the Manager to support the team of Vendor Specialists, deliver results and value to our growing Client based and support our Recovery Vendors in their efforts to continually improve performance and managing associated costs. In your role, you will be looking to leverage your previous experience in the Collections and Recovery space in new and innovative ways and will be an active participant in ongoing projects.
As a Vendor Performance Lead you will be reporting to the Manager, Collections and Recoveries
HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:

Manage Client relationships with a Customer Centric mindset

Vendor management of Law Firms, Bailiffs, Process Servers, Skip Tracers and Collection Agencies and other related vendors to drive best in class service and results

Analyze performance reports to provide strategic input focusing on improving outcomes of debt recoveries

Act as a Resource to the Vendor Specialists on our team including the training of new team members

Participate in projects as an Operational Expert

Encourage a positive and engaged culture within FCT
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

Demonstrated experience in the credit and collections industry with a focus on recoveries using legal and/or agency programs

Analyze, present and make recommendations based on provided dates to key stakeholders

Experience communicating and working with all levels of the organization

Self-motivated with the ability to balance urgent vs. important

Effectivity able to prioritize and execute tasks with competing priorities

Ability to problem-solve and think critically

Understanding of business process outsourcing arrangements
