Shipping and Sales Clerk/Office Admin

Description

We are looking to hire a shipping and customer service clerk. We are looking for a go-getter, organized, "people person" type. Common sense, excellent written English skills, and a friendly demeanor are what we need most.

The tasks included will be answering incoming calls for our client in the SlyFox office, answering all phone lines, packing and shipping orders via Canada Post system, maintaining stock levels, answering customer emails to provide shipping and product support, filing, office cleaning and other general office clerical duties.

 

Duties:

  • Maintaining a CRM
  • Packing and shipping orders
  • Contract and quote preparation
  • Other administrative tasks as needed
  • Office maintenance/cleaning
  • Answering phones, emails
  • Reception

 

The job is fast-paced and there is room for growth. Excellent writing skills are critical as writing and proofreading website copy may be needed from time to time as well as playing a supporting role for our web development team and company owners.
