THE OPPORTUNITY
Our business development specialists are masters at making connections quickly, identifying decision makers, overcoming objections, and closing the deal!
As a business development specialist you will:
- Acquire new business by proactively reaching out to organizations across Canada in order to introduce HRdownloads and its suite of products;
- Conduct sales presentations monthly with web-based tools to business owners and C-level executives;
- Follow a proven sales process; and
- Achieve daily and monthly metrics and revenue goals.
You are a sales professional who:
- Is ambitious, confident, competitive, and coachable.
- Has the ability and desire to influence others.
- Can tackle objections with ease and close the deal!
- Has been successful in the service industry, retail sales, or a similar inside sales environment ? B2B? Even better!
- Is passionate about sales and driving new client acquisitions.
- Has a record of exceeding targets.
- Excels at making connections with business owners and C-level executives.
- Has a bachelor's degree, diploma, or demonstrated success in sales.
