adHOME is looking for a driven individual with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our dynamic Account team.

 A day in the life of an adHOME Account Executive:

• Translate client requirements into agency briefs, with the support of the senior account member
• Assist with the formulation of marketing strategies
• Assist in presenting campaign ideas and budgets to clients
• Negotiate campaign details with clients and agency staff
• Coordinate with production, media and creative departments in the execution of communications programs
• Act as the project gate keeper, ensuring that all team members have what they need each step of the way
• Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and create reports
• Manage budgets, invoicing and Budget Control Reports
• Participate in building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Proactively explore business opportunities with new and existing clients
• Brainstorm ideas with the creative and digital marketing teams
• Coordinate responses to RFP’s and help to create new business pitch documents

The finer print

• You have a degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field
• You have 2-3 years of industry experience
• You have strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing
• You have the proven ability to manage many projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
