Managed Services Sales Director

Direct MSP, a division of DirectDial.com, is looking for a Director of Managed Services to grow, lead, and develop our national MSP practice. We are a 25 year old national IT procurement reseller based in London, Ontario. Our B2B e-commerce practice is one of the largest privately held technology resellers in Canada.
Location: London, Ontario / Hybrid
Position(s) Available: 1
Compensation: Strong Base Salary, Comprehensive Commission Structure, Achievement Bonuses.

Reports to: COO, CTO, and indirectly to the corporate management team.
Key Expectations and Responsibilities:
This professional will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery and execution of managed services to our more than 5000 IT procurement customers. This candidate will possess a unique combination of leadership, strategic thinking, entrepreneurial and project management skills in this new startup division.
The Director of Managed Services will be responsible for increasing the company's monthly recurring revenues, manage day-to-day MSP operations, hiring, technical sales, partnerships, and go to market strategies allowing the entire MSP process to flow effortlessly.
Skills and Education:
Working with both sales and marketing, this individual will have 3-5 years of MSP management experience, technical certifications, a solid understanding of the MSP landscape and the creativity to put together a team of professionals and partnerships to help our business clients with amazing outcomes.
