tbk is seeking an Associate Project Coordinator to support one of its long-standing clients (Fortune500 company in London, ON) with digital content development and delivery. The successful candidate will make an impact through facilitating, developing and delivering product and safety application related education content to key customers and distributors. The candidate will work with stakeholders across multiple divisions and internal support groups on cross-functional teams to drive accelerated business growth for the four business groups but will focus on divisional priorities aligned to prioritized growth segments.

The Associate Project Coordinator will:

  • Lead the coordination and appropriate development of eContent to help drive purchase intent for end users and channel customers for SIBG and TEBG.
  • Develop and deliver safety related education material for Health and Safety and related PPE to prioritized market segments and customers.
  • Assist with and facilitate web-stream education presentations for end users and distributors in the Digital Media Hub.
  • Prepare and deliver presentation scripts based on subject matter expert input for prioritized education content for strategic market segments.
  • Project manage marketing campaigns, creative solutions, and various marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions in accordance with internal customer needs and objectives.

Basic Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree or higher, with 1-3 years of experience in communications, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, excelling in collaborative work environments with quick, competing deadlines.
  • Proficiency with computers and mobile devices.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience as a Scrum Master and applying Agile/Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
  • Experience in Health and Safety and/or related Industrial Business.
  • Proficient in English and French.
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office and Salesforce applications (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
