As a Product Developer, you will join our team of 100+ engineers where you'll be working alongside a core hardware product team of talented colleagues that dares to take chances and risks to find the best solutions. You will work on a large range of tasks, from improving and maintaining existing products to introducing new products and being part of brand innovation concepts, features, and value-adding products.

Every day is different, but you can expect to:

• Develop next. generation of hardware products and accessories to solve real-life customer problems.
• Test, qualify, and ramp up new products prior to market launch.
• Provide mentoring, coaching, and motivation to your team so they can reach their full potential.
• Work on cross-functional team projects locally and abroad.
• Problem-solve, debug, and improve existing products.
• Work with product managers and engineers who are eager to get your take on issues.
• Improve and scale our hardware platform as we continue to grow our business.

Who are you?

• • Experience working in the technical field; have electrical & mechanical design background.
  • Familiarity with CAD and electric schematic design.
  • Have knowledge and experience with wireless technologies and certifications.
  • Have knowledge and experience with J1939/CANbus, Modbus, and serial communications protocols.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with software developers, IT professionals, and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organization and communication skills with customers.
  • Familiar with product development and product lifecycle management processes and systems including ERP systems and tools.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Enjoys complex problem-solving and collaboration.
  • Project Management and Coordination experience.
  • Able to work in a team environment, coordinating efforts towards a common goal.
  • Experience or training in operating or maintaining industrial equipment would be nice to have.
  • Experience with product Quality standards and certifications (ISO) would be nice to have.
