Technical Support Manager (Guelph, Ontario)

Position Summary

The primary role of this position is Manage our Technical Support Team who support our external and internal customers.  This role is responsible for discovery and implementation of the next generation of processes and technology to meet external and internal customer needs and strategic plans of Trojan Technologies.  

Accountabilities

• Future looking to prepare the department and associates to meet changing customers’ needs and strategic planning of Trojan towards continuous improvement, holding themselves and their teams accountable.
• Responsible for the team’s performance and develops team to perform more complex service roles.
• Responsible for the team’s P4G/D4G, Engagement survey and provides feedback in 1x1’s.

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in a related discipline, with Preferably 5+ years of customer facing experience, with a strong ability to handle fast paced environment, diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Proficient Computer Skills: Microsoft Office365 including Outlook, SFDC and Excel. ERP or operations software experience would be an asset to this role.
• Strong communication, organizational, prioritization, problem solving, and time management skills are required in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to understand the team and organization requirements/collaboration skills.
