Senior Manager, Field Sales (Remote)

Your Job

Reporting to the VP of Partnerships, the Senior Manager, Field Sales will focus is on developing and maintaining lasting relationships with leading outsourced sales organizations that is conducive to the ongoing sales of NiceJob and Paystone products to existing and prospective customers with the primary focus on new customer acquisition. If you are a structured self-starter who naturally goes the extra mile with passion – then this is the perfect role for you!

The successful candidate will be responsible for development and assignment of key growth territories, assessing, analyzing, and tracking performance to plan, coordinating with cross functional groups, developing strong take to market plans and enablers to ensure optimal field sales success and growth.

Your Focus

  • Leads all initiatives to identify, assess and onboard outsourced sales organizations in the geographic territory.
  • Owns and executes on the Sales Targets for their assigned Region/Territory
  • Create and maintain a Territory Activity plan to ensure sales teams are deployed in order to achieve sales quotas
  • Proactively partner with outsourced sales organizations to ensure activity management, provide support to our sales teams and ensure the territory of responsibility is being worked according to Paystone standards and vision
  • Conduct product and sales training with new and prospective customers.
  • Gather and provide feedback on market insights and competitive intelligence for assigned territory


 Who you are:

  • 3+ years sales leadership experience
  • Being obsessed with customers, and putting them first.
  • You are a relationships “person” and know how to put your foot in the door, even if it’s bolted shut.
  • Highly motivated, driven, business development professional with a hunter mentality.
  • You learn quickly and exhibit tech savviness.
  • People would describe you as persuasive & charismatic.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate them into strategy for our sales teams
