This is a hybrid position, with 3 days at the office and 2 days at home . This candidate must be located near our head office in London, Ontario Canada.
About the Inside Sales Account Manager Role:
As the Inside Sales Account Manager at Trojan Technologies, you are responsible for the direct sales of parts and services to municipal water treatment plants within the Southwest US. You will be managing the customer relationship through the Lifecyle of UV systems from introduction to new customers, to consumables, to ongoing services, as well as upgrades and expansions within existing customer accounts. Your work will consist of outbound customer calls and tracking, with occasional travel to the US.
What Will I Be Doing?
Generate and qualify leads, and achieve/ exceed Sales and service targets on existing accounts through customer engagement, Value Selling, and Funnel Management
Participate in formal proposals, invitations to bid, supply contracts and manage/support contractual obligations from original equipment contracts.
Qualify target customers for Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Software-connected opportunities (Stream).
Work collaboratively with other teams to plan and problem solve.
What Are the Requirements?
Post-secondary education, with minimum 3 years of customer facing experience in sales and negotiation.
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool. (Salesforce is a plus)
Ability to sell technically complex products, converse with customers, create and give presentations.
Water and Municipal experience an asset.
