As we continue to grow progressively, Libro is on a mission to find a passionately accountable full-time Software Quality Assurance Analyst L1 supporting our London Administration location.  

 

The Quality Analyst Level 1 is responsible for testing the Ovation Banking System Enhancements and Bug Fixes, On-Line and Mobile Banking Enhancements as well as our Automated Contact Management System, Intellilender and various in- housed developed Sales and Service Applications. The position is also responsible for monitoring and responding to Helpdesk work orders and providing accurate solutions to issues arising from the operation of the in-house banking system, automated contact management systems and all other in housed developed applications. 

 

The Epic Human we are looking for will;  

  • Conduct quality assurance testing for enhancements and bug fixes to the banking system, online and mobile Banking, ACE, Intellilender and Other in housed developed software applications with sufficient detail to minimize risk and ensure the continued operation of the various systems 
  • Review new or modified programs, including documentation, diagrams, and flow charts, to determine if enhancements and bug fixes will perform according to the specifications and ensure that they conform to Libro’s policies and procedures 
  • Analyze test results and recommend to the Supervisor of Quality Assurance  process and workflow improvements 
  • Review on-line user manuals for all enhancements to ensure compliance with company’s policy and write reports of system testing, ensuring that the documentation meets audit requirements    
  • Responsible for providing staff with friendly, knowledgeable support and accurate Helpdesk solutions on the detailed operation of the Ovation banking system, Online and Mobile Banking, A.C.E., Intellilender, various credit union Sales and Service applications 
  • Maintain a database of outstanding errors, proposed enhancements and supporting documentation  
  • Assess the organizational impact of reported problems and make recommendations for procedural/system changes
  • Show a positive attitude and demonstrate co-operation and respect among fellow staff members and branch staff and attend and contribute to departmental meetings
